- Free shipping on orders over USD 49 (after discounts, excluding tax).
- A USD 6.99 shipping fee applies to orders under USD 49.

Remote Area Surcharge
UPS provides pickup and delivery services for both urban and remote areas. For remote areas, an additional fee is applied to pickup and delivery services. The fee is RMB3.60 per kilogram of the shipment, or a minimum of RMB171 per shipment, whichever is greater.
Note: This surcharge is also referred to as the Remote Area Surcharge (DAS).
Extended Remote Area Surcharge
UPS imposes an additional fee for shipments to areas beyond remote regions, where pickup and delivery services are relatively more challenging. The fee is RMB4.10 per kilogram of the shipment, or a minimum of RMB193.40 per shipment, whichever is greater.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, or anyone else who may have received the package on your behalf.
